As an active person my entire life, I've tried it all. However, after a major injury during college sports I realized that what was working before was no longer producing results and I needed to change something. That in conjunction with working a full-time job, I decided to fully lock in my health and fitness through high quality foods, walking, and doing functional training. The results have spoken for themselves. It's been amazing. Now I want people to know there is more to great health than lifting weights or doing traditional methods. They have the ability to see what they are capable of through a very simplistic approach. Who's ready?
